Workshop Server — your own server in Germany
You rent the server, I handle everything around it — setup, security updates, backups, monitoring. Four package sizes, fixed monthly price. Storage and domain names as add-ons.
What is a workshop server?
A server you rent, but I administer. You get a website, a Matrix server, a Nextcloud, a mail setup, a web portal — all running on your own server, not on a shared cloud instance.
Billing runs via me. You don’t need to open a hosting-provider account, manage DNS provider logins, or read hosting contracts. I build, I operate, I update.

Why not a hosting provider or AWS directly?
You can. But then you have:
- An admin panel you don’t know
- An invoice in a foreign currency with unclear spikes
- No pre-applied security rules
- No point of contact when the server stops responding
With workshop server you get a German invoice, a German contact, pre-hardened configuration and stacks-panel for self-service — all in one.

Upgrade and migration
Coming from another provider? Migration is included in the setup fee: data move, DNS switch, zero-downtime target where possible (depends on application type).

Explicitly not included
- No CDN reselling (Cloudflare/BunnyCDN is cheaper direct)
- No 24/7 night support (< 24h on business days; night SLA only as retainer combination)
- No Windows hosting — Linux only
