Larger volumes (4+ days/month) on request — capped at 1-3 days in the pilot phase so I can support multiple partners in parallel.

- 1, 2 or 3 working days per month — planned and reserved ahead
- Direct contact via Slack / email (< 24h response on business days)
- Monthly status review (30 min)
- Unused hours carry up to 50% into the following month
- Priority slot: new projects get queued behind you
