Why full-service

Most website projects don’t fail at design. They fail at the handover between three providers: agency builds, hosting company hosts, IT provider handles email. Who’s responsible when the contact form stops sending? Exactly.

With full-service web, everything sits with me. Design, code, server, domain, email, maintenance. One monthly invoice, one point of contact, one repo on your GitHub from the first commit.

Three packages

Full-Service Web S — landing + 5 pages

  • Hand-crafted website (Astro), up to 5 pages + contact + legal pages
  • CMS optional (Payload or Decap) if you want to edit yourself
  • Workshop-S server (2 vCPU · 4 GB · 40 GB NVMe) incl. stacks-panel, monitoring, backups
  • 1 domain (.de, .com or .eu) incl. DNS setup
  • 5 email mailboxes with webmail access
  • 12 months maintenance (security patches, updates, monitoring alerts)

Fixed price €2,999 + from month 13: €49/month maintenance (server + mail + domain included).

Full-Service Web M — up to 15 pages, DE/EN, SEO

  • Everything from S, plus:
  • Up to 15 pages, bilingual DE/EN
  • SEO fundamentals (meta, OG, Schema.org, sitemap, llms.txt)
  • Own mail domain with DKIM/SPF/DMARC setup
  • Workshop-M server (4 vCPU · 8 GB · 80 GB NVMe)
  • 3 domains incl. redirect handling
  • Up to 15 email mailboxes

Fixed price €6,499 + €89/month from month 13.

Full-Service Web L — with app API / AI integration

  • Everything from M, plus:
  • More complex architecture (app API, multi-tenant, form workflows, client portal)
  • AI integration possible — on-prem Mistral Small 3.1 for contact bot, document search, content assistance
  • Own root server (Workshop-Root: 8-core AMD · 64 GB · 2× 1 TB NVMe)
  • Full SSL, failover concept, backup redundancy

Fixed price from €14,999 + €199/month from month 13.

Included at every tier

  • stacks-panel — my own web panel for server management (metrics, logs, service control). You see what runs on your server.
  • Your Git repo from the first commit — everything in your own GitHub/GitLab, no vendor lock-in.
  • 30-day warranty on production bugs
  • Handover runbook at project end — you could theoretically move elsewhere at any time.

Explicitly not included

  • No shop builder (Shopware/Shopify is better with specialists).
  • No 24/7 hotline (< 24h business-day response, SLA on request).
  • No WordPress/Wix — deliberately.

Upgrade path

Start with S and realize after 6 months you need more pages? Upgrade to M costs the price difference minus maintenance already paid. Downgrade to S same way. No penalty, no binding beyond the 12-month initial term.
