Code lives in your repo from day 1, not mine. Architecture is deliberately built on standard stacks (Django, Flutter, Go, Postgres) — any experienced developer picks this up in days, not months. At project end you get admin docs, deployment runbook and backup concept. For holiday cover and emergency backup I have a small developer network in the background.
Cheaper than agencies — where is the catch?
No catch, two reasons: (1) No layers in between. No account manager, no junior doing the work, no office overhead. You talk to the person who writes the code. (2) Pilot terms for the first 3–5 projects — deliberately below market price, in exchange for reference release after project end. After that, regular rates. One trade-off: no 24/7 support hotline, no 50-page spec documents. In return: direct line and weekly demos.
Who does maintenance after go-live?
Three options, you choose: (a) Retainer — fixed days per month for updates, fixes, small features (from €990/month). (b) Single jobs — when something comes up, you write to me, fixed price per change. (c) You take over — full documentation, standard stack, any Django developer keeps it running. No vendor lock-in on my side. 30 days warranty for production bugs is always included.
